One of the worst customer service experiences we have ever had! We would have been the easiest customers to sell to because we knew exactly what we were looking for and were simply looking for someone to work with us and make it. We first went to the store on a Sunday when we were told that the "expert" wasn't in that day to go over the ring design with us and were told to come the following Saturday. We travelled one hour to the store again this week to meet said "expert" to discuss our requirements and the lady at the counter just couldn't be asked ... no one was interested in getting our business or discussing anything with us! Had really high expectations but will be going elsewhere now!

I recently purchased the Citizen EW2702-59D Diamond Eco-Drive Bracelet Watch - W92136 from F. Hinds, and I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience.  From the outset, I was impressed by the level of customer service I received. The staff was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly attentive, ensuring that all my questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. This level of support made my purchasing decision much easier and more enjoyable.  Once I received the F. Hinds, I was delighted with its quality and performance. It exceeded my expectations and has proven to be exactly what I needed. The attention to detail and craftsmanship are evident, and I appreciate the thought that went into designing such a great product.  Overall, I am very satisfied with both the product and the customer service provided by F.Hinds I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent customer service and good quality.

Absolutely first class service and prices here.  Served with great patience by Coral.  She was lovely.  I bought a watch which is stunning.  I looked for it on other websites and could not find it - much less for the price.    There seems to be a sale at the moment so I am more than happy with purchase. Nice to have a local jeweller  that gives professional service and is welcoming. Long may this jeweller remain in my area.

The service in the Clapham Junction branch is always excellent. Fast and efficient, the staff always friendly. The lifetime battery replacement offer is fantastic value

I was attended to quickly. The server was polite and helpful. We have been using Hinds since the late 70's . We take all our watch needs there. Lovely people and great shop.

I brought a bracelet in to have a new clasp. The young man who served me was very polite, friendly and efficient. He explained the cost and two ways to repair the item. I was very happy with the service.

Only needed battery renewing. But service was excellent as usual. Have been going there for a few years and always get top service.

Absolutely first class speedy and professional service.  Staff so friendly and welcoming.  Five stars from me and would highly highly recommend .

It’s a little old fashion shop but I’m never disappointed by the staff,had the best service and experience ever, the lovely lady who looked after was extremely professional, I ended up buying 2 watches, I was very impressed

The constancy of the staff and their efficiency, friendliness and willingness to help makes the visit to this store a pleasure. 5 star service. Nothing is too much trouble.
