Yeah, you know when people judge you by the way you dress or the way you look? So this is the place to go if you want to feel like these movies when people mistreat you inside of a jewelry store? Like Pretty woman movie? Yeah man, I never felt so bad in my life when I bought to my wife, on Christmas, a gold heart bracelet, perhaps it’s not much to them but it is to me. They didn’t even ask if I want to seat or offered me water when I saw other costumers with coffee and champagne on their hands. I’ll tell you what? On this year anniversary I didn’t think twice and I went to Tiffany, right there in front of them, man that was a costumer service right there. Coffee, champagne and even chocolate, besides the will and courtesy of the sales person to help. I spent a little less but the treatment was twice as better than at Cartier’s. I know, maybe things they have, Tiffany might not and that’s why now use online shopping if I really need to buy from Cartier.
Unfortunately I don’t remember the name of the gentleman who helped us, but he was great. He explained everything in details and was helping my husband till the end. It looks amazing and thanks for a hospitality once we first entered: coffee was yum and I really needed that water. Thanks again.
I had the most delightful service experience with Karen Wu last week. She was resourceful, attentive, knowledgeable and extremely passionate about her craft. Something which is not easy to come by in luxury nowadays. Thank you Cartier for hiring such a star to represent your brand!
Working with this Cartier location was amazing! I had a vintage tank watch to restore and get a new strap for. Everyone I worked with was so nice and helpful. Was always offered water and chocolates when I came in. They helped me send in the watch for repair and explained the process to me. They called me in when it was repaired to pick out the strap and then again when it was ready. When all was said and done the watch looks amazing! They also only had me pay at the end of the process. Never had to leave a deposit, or pay for the strap before it arrived. So appreciated. Thanks for helping me restore my beautiful tank watch!
Richard was excellent and professional. He provided a warm welcome and demonstrated deep knowledge of watches, including their care and troubleshooting. He thoroughly checked all my warranties, even for a watch I had purchased previously. His gesture of celebrating our anniversary was a thoughtful touch.
The staff at this establishment are unhelpful and dismissive, often ignoring customer requests for assistance or pushing them away. Their lack of empathy and interest in helping significantly detracts from the overall experience, leaving concerns unaddressed. Improving staff training and customer service would greatly enhance interactions and customer satisfaction.

I had the best experience with the salesperson waseem eldeen. I wasnt sure about going to cartier or any other luxury brand but when i went into cartier and got welcomed by him i decided to get the cartier panthere. He’s a great salesperson super respectful and kind person. Definitely going to back!
I am content and elated after my experience at Cartier Bloor Street with Waseem. It was my first time at Cartier, and I’ve been twice now and on both occasions I had such a wonderful experience. Wes is incredibly kind and knowledgeable over 10 years of experience with Cartier, including working in Dubai!. He is an exemplar of what client service should be and I highly recommend booking an appointment with him. From beginning to end, Wes made my shopping experience very enjoyable, I got to try on the pieces and never was rushed or judged. He even brought out some pieces for my friend to try. I’m so happy with my jewelry piece and now have a memory of how I got it and it overall makes me very happy. Thank you Wes and Cartier Bloor St!! Note: They are open. The Bloor St boutique is closed, therefore temporarily they have set up in a Suite at the Hazelton Hotel where you can go and get amazing, personal service. You have to call first and book an appointment by speaking to an S.A. Make sure to let them know what pieces and sizes you are interested in so they prepare it beforehand not all the pieces are displayed, and you get to sit and try on your pieces. It’s a very enjoyable, personal, unique experience you usually wouldn’t get in the store!
My experience with this boutique was nothing short of spectacular. I would first like to mention that if you know the date and time you are planning on visiting the store then you should make an appointment on their website. This process was so easy and really made the shopping experience seamless because you don’t have to worry about waiting to be helped, especially on weekends when the store sees more foot traffic. You will even receive a text before the appointment from a member of staff letting you know that they look forward to your visit. I made an appointment for this past Sunday and before we even entered the store it was a positive experience. I didn’t even have to open the door because security saw us coming and greeted us. The chicest woman I’ve ever seen stood before us, greeted us by name and showed us to our sales associate. From there it only got better. Our sales associate Matthew was simply the best. He was so patient showing us everything I asked to see and was extremely kind the whole time. I was only purchasing one item but he popped champagne for us and treated us like we were repeat clients. He took so much care into packaging my purchase and even threw in extra goodies. Matthew had no idea it was my birthday, or that it was my first time purchasing from Cartier, but he made the visit very special for my partner and I. Truly a luxury shopping experience from beginning to end.
