I am so thrilled that I chose to use Thomas Firbank to move the contents of my elderly mother’s bungalow for her. From the first contact, they were extremely helpful and sensitive to the situation and made a point of arranging the best date for my mother. Throughout the process, I was kept well briefed and on the removal day, the men were excellent at their job and everything was handled with great care and respect. I would not hesitate to recommend the company very highly to anybody looking for a reliable and professional removal company.

SafeRemovals were really helpful when we needed to move from one second floor flat in London to another (no lift). The narrow access was no problem for them at all. They were very quick and efficient. Delivery was on time and on budget. We chose pack our own stuff and they supplied all the correct equipment in plenty of time.

We were put onto Thomas Firbank's when another company were double booked. Moving is a stressful time, but when move day came, nobody could have done a better job than the Thomas Firbank guys. From the time they arrived, they were happy, friendly and ultra helpful. Not a single thing was too much trouble for them. They really did go the extra mile that makes companies stand out from the competition. I'd like to thank them for such a smooth transition from one house to the next and congratulate them on such a wonderful, well tuned operation. Well done guys and thank you so much. Would recommend Thomas Firbank to all my family and friends and they will be my first call when we move again.

Friendly from the outset, the team worked really hard to make sure we had a great experience. Inevitably there was more stuff than we had realised, but it all got sorted without any grumbling. They were even great with the dog and the kids, so although I never want to move again...if I did I'd use them! We used Firbanks again this year to help us pack and store our belongings for a renovation project. As usual, they were quick, efficient, tidy and cheerful. We can happily recommend them.

Thomas Firbank are an excellent removal company. I have used them x3 and they have always been professional and thorough. Timelines quoted were accurately achieved by workers with a committed and happy attitude.
