Took my and family members caravan here for winter storage... my caravan back pannel is cracked as if they reversed it onto somthing while putting it in the compound, my 2 rear corner steady pads have been taken, and hitch cover wasent put on, after asking the lady at reception to make sure its put on just tied to the handle at the front, now lights don't work. My family members also has a scratch on the side that wasent there before! Called them, they don't care... its in there T&C's that any damage is not there responsibility, even though they take the caravans into the storage yard! they make sure you have your own caravan insurance before you take it there... I thought incase it gets stolen or somthing... no... its so they can treat your caravan with no respect and just take bits off it and cause damage while parking them up. Absolutely Disgusting!!! Looking at the reviews this isn't the first time! PLEASE FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR PRIDE AND JOY, DONT TAKE YOUR CARAVAN HERE!!!

Delighted with the customer service . Very helpful and polite. So far so good  I'm happy.
