Despite being met by a friendly staff member as soon as we walked in none of their systems were working meaning everything had to be done over the phone at least three times before a booking could finally be made. After nearly two hours my blood sugar levels got so low that I nearly passed out. When we finally were able to book the staff were not even able to guarantee who we would be flying back with. Life is too short. Book your holiday elsewhere!
