Horrendous experience. Our group booked two minibuses for seperate trips a month apart, both times the driver was over an hour late for pickup from the airport and rather than be apologetic about it he was obnoxious and rude. Steer clear with a bargepole
No respect for other road users at all. Pulled up in a KEEP CLEAR area at the top of Civic Drive at the roundabout junction with St Matthews Street, meaning that NO vehicles could exit from Civic Drive to either continue straight on up Berners Street or turn right into St Matthews Street. What an absolute fotze of a driver. In the same league of most of the Ipswich taxi drivers.

Best bus service in Ipswich Suffolk very friendly drivers and very clean buses.
