We came here yesterday to book our honeymoon, Kay was our advisor and I couldn’t recommend her enough! She went above and beyond searching for the most perfect hotel and honeymoon experience for us in the Caribbean. She stuck to budget and gave us honest and helpful advice about every hotel she showed us. After much deliberation we found our perfect resort and we are so excited to go, spent the evening on google and YouTube at the resort and the amenities it has to offer. Thank you so much Kay! You have given us another milestone to look forward and we can’t wait to get on the plane!

Judy helped us book a holiday for our extended family of 14.  She emailed details of hotels for us to look at and guided us through the process of choosing the right one for our needs.  Judy was very professional and patient.  Looking forward to our holiday. Definitely deserves 5 stars!!!

This store is just amazing! Everyone is so kind and helpful no matter how busy they are. My latest booking is with Abbi and she was excellent, found and booked my perfect holiday even if it was just in the UK! Lots of laughs and made me feel so welcome. Will always come back to this store!

We prefer to visit a store when booking our holidays as we like the personal experience you receive. Abbi was great, very professional and made our booking simple, she pointed out various option we had, as we need to fly from Manchester, along with a list of excursions we may like to try, based on previous experiences. These are the things you get when talking to a professional rather than a screen. Thank you Abbi and we will be sure to seek your advise if we have any other questions.

Holiday booked today with the assistance of Ryan at TUI Chelmsford. Ryan was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Further,  he made my five year old daughter feel part of the booking process by giving her a “ticket” and stickers. Great customer service from start to finish.

Josh was very friendly and helpful and was not at all pushy which can be very off putting.  My husband and I went for a coffee and decided there and then to go back and boon our cruise.  I would thoroughly recommend Tui and will book with them again.

I have used tui Chelmsford for years now, and have always been happy with all my holidays. I deal with Abbie every time , and she always go the extra mile to get me the best deal around. I would recommend tui Chelmsford all the time

Having booked a flight today and needing some help with it, Abi in Chelmsford was absolutely fantastic and did everything she could to help me with the booking. She went above and beyond to help me and I really appreciate her doing that! You don’t get many like her these days, she’s an absolute gem!

We have always booked our holidays at TUI stores and we have used the Chelmsford branch for the last 3 years. We booked our 2023 holiday on 28/12/22 in branch and were helped by Abbi. Abbi was super professional ,very knowledgeable and sorted us out in no time. I would highly recommend this branch of TUI if you are looking to book your holiday.

Fabulous service today, l was having a lot of trouble trying to successfully complete the Barbados immigration and customs form. Very helpful member of staff helped me and l am very grateful. Top marks Tui staff at Chelmsford.
