I haven't been anywhere I was trying to contact Thoms Cook Travel but nobody appears to available or at least not answering the phone!
Did not even manage to get there as the opening hours on their official website were wrong! I spent 45 minutes trying to get there in rush hour traffic only to find the office closed at 5:55 PM - was supposed to be open until 7PM. What a waste of my time.
Store was closed and covered in scaffolding
Visit it on Wednesday after 7pm and collect my money. It take some time :
Customer service is shocking. Its a shame as this service has put us off using Thomas cook again
Avoid. You will end up wasting your time.
Worst branch in London, very unhelpful!
