Asked for a holiday quote from Anna at the Beverley office. Said it might take about an hour to sort it so left tel no and Email. After hearing nothing for 2 days went in and was told 'Anna' was helping out at another office and when Anna was asked about my quote she had forgotten and done nothing!!
