Rude Staff. Linda Barrett has clearly worked there 35 years too long and needs a serious attitude adjustment. No wonder Barclays ranked UK's worst bank for the third time in a row. Odd when the manager of a Local Branch (Hessle) does not even know their staff, or how to access I.T. systems. The longer you stay with them the worse it gets.
