9 minute wait whilst one teller served one other customer. no attempt made to get another teller out and deal with the queue. appalling lack of service (and not for the first time). they come fawning all over you when they've got extra people but generally it's wait wait wait.

Changed banks pretty quickly as fed up with being asked to use a machine instead of being properly served. Other banks in town much better with customers.
