Sally at Beverley is always amazing. Especially when we wanted to book a family holiday, returning to going abroad again after I had had a period of illness. Sally’s knowledge and expertise enabled us to have the perfect holiday that suited all 5 of us and in the perfect location. I felt confident, reassured and happy that I would be safe travelling again. We couldn’t have enjoyed it more. Sally is always happy to help and advise us with our bookings and we fully trust that she knows how to make our holiday experience extra special. Outstanding service always! Well done TUI Beverley!
Just booked another Holiday to Jamaica. The lovely Kayleigh sorted it all out for me. She is just wonderful. I have always booked my holidays with these lovely ladies in Beverley and always will do! They are pleasant, helpful and full of helpful advice. Nothing is any trouble x would highly recommend
My husband and I went to the Beverley store yesterday 2nd January to book our first cruise. Lisa was fantastic and took us through all the things we needed to know in order to get the best deal for us. The Beverley store and staff are always first class at doing their job and nothing is too much trouble. As a passenger who needs assistance they always go the extra mile to ensure what we get is right for us. First class service which is why we always use this store.
We have been to book a holiday today at the Beverley branch and Katie served us again, after helping us last year. She gave us her time and offered great advice which we appreciated. Sally has also been good in the past giving a great service. Well done Beverley TUI, see you again.
Jess at Beverley was really helpful providing information and advice about winter wedding venues abroad. Polite and knowledgeable. We always use this branch to get our foreign currency and again Jess and her colleagues are super efficient and friendly.
Tui shop in Beverley, give excellent service, all the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, nothing is too much trouble for them. Mostly Sally & Jess have dealt with our holiday bookings and they always do their utmost to sort the right holiday to suit us. All the staff are an asset to the company. Well done to you all .
When I first met Jess I was interested in a Holiday to Mexico for hubby's Birthday so had popped into the Beverley Tui Store to get a price.....Jess is lovely and greets you with a lovely friendly smile of course I ended up Booking Mexico and have continued on Booking with Jess.....even if I just want Holiday Money I contact Jess......she certainly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for you....I have also recommended Jess to Family and Friends. I live in Hull but I travel to Beverley because I know my Holiday will be Perfect thanks to the help from Jess...... Jess does you proud TUI
Always very helpful staff, especially Jess Sowden. She always helps me find the best holidays at a great price, couldn’t recommend her enough for anyone wanting to book a holiday. Such an easy process. Will be back soon to book my next holiday!

I had a brief look online, however I am extremely busy and don’t have time searching for the holiday best suitable for myself and family. I also wanted to ask several questions so popped into the store. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. I have booked all of my holidays here because they are reliable and have always listened to and booked where is the best place for myself and family. Kayleigh booked this holiday, she was very patient especially as I had my two young children with me. Kayleigh was very professional and knowledgeable about everything I asked.
