Pretty good. Very efficient and flexible with appointment times and wide range of accessible services. Sonographer was a real professional (unlike some other experiences I have had), website is full of useful info and I like the values expressed there, results came quickly and were emailed to me as well.

Really difficult to get through to on the phone. 

Contacted via the website, email and waited on hold for 25 minutes with no luck.
