Called PCSE today to ask about my medical records being transferred to Jersey. The man who answered was foreign and repeatedly asked where Jersey was and was it near Anglesey or Scotland. Absolutely shocking. He advised that it's not possible to transfer my records to my GP here.
Not good at answering the phone. Waiting 1hr and 36mins at time of writing this review. They seem keen to want your data but don't feel like answering questions.
Claim not to share data that their websites says the do, refuse to comply with GDPR, refuse to escalate a complaint after 5 weeks, constantly busy so it takes at least an hour to get through to totaly useless
