Phoenix Health and Wellbeing

I’ve been using Phoenix for around 6 weeks on a weekly basis. All I can say is “ THEY ARE AMAZING !!”. I’ve had deep tissue massages and reflexology from Gail and the difference in a few short weeks is immense. I feel like a different woman. Rachel, the reception manager is so so lovely and all the staff I’ve come into contact with always say hello and talk to you. I look forward to my weekly session and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending. Keep up the fab work guys, you are true angels and in my opinion life changers !!!!!

I really hope more people who've attended for treatments at Phoenix will come forward and leave a review, because it deserves the high praise it will inevitably receive. I'm an M.E.-sufferer with mobility issues, & have attended for acupuncture since November 2017. I've only ever been treated with utmost consideration, kindness, & courtesy. The staff are thoroughly professional, & are the nicest people you could possibly meet. All other clients I've met have been as happy as I am, & once again, I hope more of them will leave reviews here. I hope Phoenix can carry on exactly as they are for many years to come.

Had a sports massage with Gail to help ease some lower back discomfort. Gail was very attentive and welcoming, she assessed my posture and gave me a list of muscles to strengthen, stretch and foam roll. The massage itself was uncomfortable however she worked with me to stay within my pain tolerance and even after just 1 session my back already feels less tight with a greater range of movement. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back here myself.

I received a voucher for a Swedish full body massage as a gift from my husband. Never had any kind of massage before and was a little apprehensive (for want of a better word). I was put completely at ease by the all the staff at Phoenix from the moment I walked through the door. They explained what was involved and asked if I was comfortable with it. The hour passed quickly and I loved every minute of it, thank you so much. I would highly recommend Phoenix.

There's a wonderfully calming feel to this place and that along with the superbly talented therapists has me coming back for treatments time and again. I highly recommend Phoenix Health and Wellbeing for its dedication to quality in every aspect. I come away each time feeling genuinely cared for! *update* I had a sports massage yesterday and I'm thrilled and amazed at how much more movement I have in my lower back now!
