Thirst Bar

About

Thirst Bar on Greek Street is a trendy bar with a basement club and a great selection of cocktails, Gin and wines, to enjoy amongst wonderful people.

Story

We are a friendly, fun and independently owned late night cocktail bar that has been serving fantastic cocktails in the heart of Soho since 2002.

Split over two floors with a full cocktail bar on each; The ground floor is light, airy with easy access to the street for 'al fresco' drinking.

Downstairs we have a snug booth VIP area available for party reservations free of charge. DJ’s are on nightly from 21:00 and our dance floor is always pumping late into the night.

We look forward welcoming you all!

This is a solid bar to get nice cocktails. They have very good discounts during happy and stupid hour. If you are in the area and want a cozy place in Soho for a nice drink then this is a good option. They offer a wide variety of drinks and cocktails including non-alcoholic.Food: 5/5
OMG!!! Second visit here and we love it!! The staff are fabulous, the cocktails are so well priced during stupid and happy hour and unlike most bars in Soho the cocktails aren't watered down, they are strong delicious and get you very merry very quickly. A must place to drink in Soho.Food: 5/5
Franz and Rodrigo were total legends! Made the best caipirinha I’ve had in a long time. Best Long Island in a long time too! Food: 5/5
Great vibes at this bar! Great place to meet friends where you can have a lovely conversation and enjoy the music. The atmosphere was calm and the staff were friendly. Depending on the hour you visit the bar, drinks are cheaper ~£2 at the happy hour. Definitely one of our favourite bars in SoHo London.
I went to the bar feeling quite thirsty. The staff were very polite and chatty. While we were having drinks on the dance floor, we decided to step outside for some air. Suddenly, a random guy approached and attacked us. Fortunately, the security guy at the bar reacted quickly and protected us from harm. The drinks were £10 each, which is reasonable for a bar in Soho. Overall, it was a great experience, and I look forward to going again over the weekend.
Popped in "for one" with a friend at about 7pm, left at 1am. Great cocktail makers who take huge pride in what they do, making classics well.Food: 5/5
The bar is not huge, but the atmosphere and the prices are amazing. There have not only a happy our but also 'stupid' hour. The place is in 2 floors building and have einogth space for big companies. I tried some rum cocktailsMai Tai and Passonate Rum Punch.Food: 5/5
Loved it! It was great My friend from childhood who lives in USA came to visit London for few days! We went there and it was brilliant! Great music and the girls at the bar were soo professional and lovely! Defo want to go back as I live in Nottingham I will do when I can
Amazing little cocktail bar and club. Really great menu with knowledgeable bartenders with even better happy hour deals!. I love that you can dance your heart out downstairs and come up for a little breather on the ground floor, while still maintaining a fun atmosphere. Some of the best DJs in Soho come through -- always creating the best vibes. This place never fails to deliver a great night
If you're visiting from the US, I would not recommend this venue. There is a high likelihood that you'll be turned away, and if you're black, the chances increase to about 90%. The doorman typically uses the excuse, "We don't allow single entry." It's surprising and disappointing that approximately 90% of the bars in SOHO have a policy of turning men away, with the situation being even worse for people of color. To avoid confusion and disappointment, it would be helpful if these establishments posted a sign or notification stating their policy on single entry. It's disheartening that someone new to the city cannot even enjoy a cocktail or a drink, especially after a long trip, due to these discriminatory practices. The racism prevalent in these policies is truly disheartening.
