Thinkbanking was a life saver when I opened an account with them after my debts went out of control. In the early days they were extremely helpful and called me regularly to talk about my finances. Now they have become completely complacent, they will never miss taking their monthly fee from you guaranteed. My account was compromised, they messed up my outgoings by having me spend money which was suppose to be set aside for my bills! When I complained I was credited with £30 and no explanation. British Gas took out twice the amount of my account and the hassle to get Thinkmoney to correspond with them was a joke. I will never recommend them again as I had done previously. What a shame. Absolutely shambolic. Thanks for the memories.
The worst ever. Very rude customer service, a lot of IT BUGS that affect the app which leads to fraud and other problems. If you have an issue you will have to wait for the person that attended to your query to get back intouch with you it doesn't matter whether you are affected for a week think money doest give a care about you. They are slow, inconsiderate, a lot fraud happens on thinkmoney. YOUR personal information MONEY IS NOT SAFE with them and if you have an issue forget about contacting them for any help.
I opened an account with TM to help with my credit score.. Very disappointing the app was unusable.. very good at taking your money, thank goodness I stopped putting money in.nI personally would not recommend, they act like it is their money and not yours.. very easy to set up .. not so easy to close account.
To who it might concern, today you've closed my account with out any warning or explanation or letter or nothing, I have  been a think money customer for over 5 years doing the usual things sending money receiving money getting my wages paid in every month shopping extra, never had a single problem, when i called earlier you've said the reason is in your terms and conditions, I went through that online and I couldn't find any good reason, therefore I would like a good explanation why you've decided to close my account otherwise please reopen my account ASAP I've got all my direct debits extra in therennM Tensi
