Quality work, never felt like we had to chase anything up, very on top of the whole process.

Incompetent in the extreme with little knowledge of British property law. Managed to torpedo a perfectly honest and legitimate property purchase by insinuations of fraudulent money transfers etc. As the sellers we benefited from the deal falling through as the house's price has gone up 15% since. However it left the purchaser they were representing out of pocket to the tune of almost £1000 in extended survey fees. According to this pair of solicitors, a property transferred without cash from one party to another, years ago, can apparently never ever be sold because for some odd reason the previous owner and his (in this case non-existent) children can stake a claim, despite not being on the title deed, or having charge or the property etc.
