Got great service from Nick at the petrol station today. Then when i got home realised i had lost my purse. When i drove back Nick had handed it in which I was incredibly grateful for especially as it contained quite a lot of cash along with my cards. I wanted to give him a reward but he advised me this wasn't allowed. So I just wanted to say a huge thanks to him and the team for saving the day.
Absolutely avoid this place. Whilst shopping my mother had a fall due to a pallet of sugar left in the walking space of the aisle, she tried getting attention of asda staff and no one came. In the end she had to ring me as she was unable to get off the floor due to shoulder Injurynot related but she did injur her leg. Upon going to customer service the manager came to me not very sympathetic what so ever, only offered to file an accident form. Disgusting.
Well the 1 star can be for the convinence having all they do under 1 roof I suppose . But same as every asda now. Cleanliness seems to have gone out the window, great customer service don't exist. I had 1 question the other week at the self service till and it turned into an argument. If it wasn't for being round the corner from work I'd happily never go here
I was buying my son some trainers from the sale section in the men's department. All the shoes were arranged neatly and I picked his size from the hanger. On closer inspection I saw that the size on the hanger was not the size of the trainer.nAfter looking through all of them, none of the hanger Sizes matched the footwear nI went to tell someone and she confidentially said 'oh yes all the hangers are wrong because its cheap and no one has the time to sort them out' insinuating I should know thisnHilarious, lazy and being penalised for buying sale stuff by having to pull all the shoes off to check the right size. Really Asda?
Staff at the self service are rude, and why do I have to wait and beg to just have a bag? Can’t you just put them where we scan!!! I asked the old lady with white boy cut short hair for a bag she gave me nasty attitude and ignored me. Your staff needs training and you need to put the bags everywhere, it’s just a bag not gold.
