The staff are nice and friendly enough, but the downside is that this branch is generally too busy, even if i go at different times of the day. The queues can get ridiculous, and you can see they need more Tellers at the window to deal with this problem. If they had a machine like the other banks that you can put in your card along with your cash to put money straight away,  they would have alot more satisfied customers.  Standing in the line with so many irate people, I have heard much colourful language regarding the waiting time.... I can tell you!

I opened my international student bank account here. All staff were really helpful and kind.
The man who dealt with my bank account was so gentle. I was nervous and am not fluent English speaker. He noticed my situation immediately and talked a lot to make me relieved. I appreciate for everything they've done for me.

Hi, I tried open my account here, but staff were so nit nice to me and I was going to other branch on Market street, never more. 5.11. Opening time 9:30.
