Great location for a film festival. Nice small theatre. Very comfortable and reasonable priced

Didn't like the seating arrangement. 
No aisle in the middle of the rows so if you were in seat 15/16 as we were you had to disturb 14/15 people to get past.
There was no leg room so sitting cramped up. We were first row of the circle and no aisle between us and the stalls.
Modern theatre but wouldn't choose to go there again.

New Theatre with good stepped seating however is kept far too warm.
