Great park on the water. Spent the morning building sand castles and searching for crabs. Nicely developed and still feels a little remote

Love walking around the park. It's a 1.5m walk around the lake itself but you can explore further afield, heading towards the North Dock along the Millennium Coastal Route or towards Burry Port and Pembrey.

Sandy Water Park is a lovely place to go for either a stroll by yourself or to take the family to for a lovely day out! There's a lovely little pond, where you sit down and relax by. It leads onto the beach which is also a stunning sight.

Beautiful  place  to go for a walk.  Especially on a sunny day. You can also go for a ride on your bike down to bury port harbour and then from there to the country park and Cefn sidan beach.
