The room I had was lovely and decent sized with an en suite. The bed couldn't have been comfier but it's preference. The staff were fantastic always bright and always available when we needed anything. Breakfast was lovely and well cooked. I have been to "Premier" Inn which didn't have rooms and staff as nice. Parking is available at no extra fee.

I've stayed in hostels and B&B's all over the world but never before, have I seen, especially in this country, such comittment and willingness to making your stay a pleasant one. The food is close to perfect and the atmosphere and friendliness unparalleled! This place deserves more than five stars in my book. If I could I would give more as well. If you ever need to stay in Llanelli, South Wales, I highly recommend this place. You won't regret it!

Booked for my best friends birthday as a surprise. Took a cake, balloons & banner down in the afternoon for them to be set up for the evening booking. Turned up in the evening, the chef at reception asked me in front of my friend if I wanted the balloons and things? So said yes as had to! I was then given my balloons , banner and cake for me to set them up at the table myself! Really?! The cake should have been brought out with the candles lit after the meal and the balloons and banner set up ready on our table prior to us arriving! Then after we sat down, we had no time to look at the menu, the chef was straight out to take our order, so we had to ask for more time. Then we waited a very long time for our food once ordered. The food was ok but the service was terrible! The staff were really rude. Deco has changed as well since new ownership, no where near as cosy or nice as it was before. Once we had finished our food, the chef was out at us once again asking if we were ready for the Bill?! Totally shocking experience, would not go there again.

Lovely food, good prices and portions. The 16oz cod is huge and the steaks are great
