Cheery welcome when we entered, quick service, good sized portions of food, quick service. Good children's menu pictured Clean loos. What more could you want.
I highly recommend this place for visiting local restopub. The restaurant interior and table area are amazingly decorated. The foods, desserts and drinks are similar to all British pubs e win the country. I love the Chillaxing environment of this place.?
Decent fayre and very quiet when we visited on a Sunday night. Prices on the menu seemed reasonable but final bill fairly crept up once drinks had been added.
The Yorkshire rose is a lovely bar in Huddersfield they have a lot of gin and the staff are very friendly we will call again on our next visit to Huddersfield
100% lovely people, friendly and welcoming great place to eat. Great food and drink selection. Definitely reccomend. Special thank you to Pixie, Beth, Olivia, Tom. I ran out of cigarettes and was kindly offered one too. Thank you so much. Able to take away take food away its clean and spotless. Amazing. If I could put more stars I definitely would.
Went for lunch with my partner and 7 month old. The landlady was so kind and gave my daughter some fruit as she could see she was irritable. Patrick was rushing around making sure all the customers were happy and so helpful and polite. The food was delicious. Despite being busy and not many staff they all worked hard and made our visit an enjoyable experience. From entering the building we were recognised up to leaving. I felt like a valued customer. Money well spent on a random Tuesday lunch trip. I would definitely recommend.

I had my reservations at first as I was staying the week in the Travelodge next door, but to be honest the bar staff have been fantastic and really looked after me. The food, fish and chips, leek and potato pie, was great. Made me feel welcome, asked how I was each day, couldn’t really fault them. Would come again for sure.
Mike is an absolute pleasure to have around, made our lunch so enjoyable and will be happy to come back for his service. Paige and Kyle have been amazing also and all need recognition for their great service. Lovely price for a lovely place, definitely worth a visit
Upon walking into the Yorkshire rose your no longer greatest at the door and told where to be seated but that didn't put us off at all we choose somewhere to seat and placed our food order though the well laid out website .. the food can piping hot and cooked to our asking. Unfortunately there wasn't a check back so I'm glad our food was ok .. upon leaving we were smoked at by a guy behind the bar and got told thank you which was the most human interaction we have had the whole visit . It's been a while since I've been and I'm glad the food is still really good but I think the hospitality side of the business is lacking at the moment unfortunately
