I started this course 4 weeks ago, it's the first time I have met the lovely Danni and Krishna, and I'm so glad I did. I've found there course to be really beneficial. The studio is small and cosy, which is how I prefer my classes. Both Danni and Krishna has been very welcoming and warming. I have appreciated the adaptive poses for different levels and have enjoyed pushing myself every week. I absolutely love the sound bath st the end of the sessions and found they've helped me sleep amazingly afterwards. Highly recommended, can't want for the next course
I studied yoga with Sarah for almost a decade, initially more focused on Ashtanga primary and secondary but then widening into a broader range of styles, exercises and practice. I stopped practicing yoga when I moved from Manchester to York will pick up again! but am still conscious of the lasting flexibility I have and tools such as breath control. Have fond memories of the Yoga Rooms community I was part of, and would happily recommend joining classes if you live nearby - ultimately a priceless, long term investment in your health and well-being.
Went here at 16 with a family member. I was totally scarred honestly 10 years later still am. Im sorry but will never return here ever.
Without doubt the best yoga classes and space I've ever experienced. Every class and teacher is different but I like to go to a variety of different ones as they all complement each other Louise's Thursday night class is pure relaxation bliss. The instructors all pay attention to you and correct your stance if it's wrong, too few do this in other places and just treat it like aerobics. The atmosphere is great, the price is reasonable and sometimes there's workshops for several hours on weekends. The only thing that would improve the place was if there was a membership scheme.
A very clean and light space. Brilliant equipment. I attend a session for parent/carers of disabled children. The yoga teacher Tammy is amazing
Lovely relaxing space with a great selection of classes. I really like the fact that they offer online, as well as in-person, classes - This makes it a lot easier for me to fit some me-time in around my work commitments!
I've just attended the Ashtanga elements class led by Katie and it was amazing. I feel knot free and with a clear mind, the most perfect way to start the day. Thank you!
Have been to the yoga HIIT on a Tuesday evening and the Ashtanga yoga on Saturday mornings - both excellent classes!
I highly recommend the teen yoga if your dealing with exam stress and pressure also the rooms are so nice and have such a relaxing nature
