One of the best Harvesters I have been to. Google ratings are bit underrated here. Restaurant is very nice, so the manager and staff. Portion sizes were very much appealing compared to some other Harvester restaurants. They served the coleslaw and some salad and generous amounts of meat and gravy. Ample car parking available, but Mon - Friday you need to pay £1 for two hours until 6pm. Sat/Sunday free parking. I recommend this Harvester. Thanks.

The food and service was wonderful. Our family had a wonderful time. The Chicken coconut dish was wonderful and well balanced. The ribs were delicious and the mixed grill was well done. we were well looked after despite the hectic schedule.

If I could give it a zero I would! Appalling service & food from the start. Burnt food that we sent back to then get given MORE burnt food. A rude incompetent waitress who didn’t check on us once or clear any plates after any course. Also, wouldn’t let my kids have the meal deal as they wanted tap water instead of squash/milk! (Why they couldn’t just put it through as one of those drinks I don’t know!) They are actually saving money by my kids just having water! Never heard anything so ridiculous in my LIFE! Absolute dump & it was freezing too (obviously didn’t bother with the heating in ridiculously cold weather) Don’t waste your time, keep driving to the next restaurant or go hungry! 🤦🏼‍♀️

I'm updating this review from Christmas last year, (2016 - still shown below so people can see the improvement in this place), which was a shambles, only the food and staff making it 3 stars. Obviously, a lot of hard work has gone in to ensuring that the same didn't happen in 2017. It was fantastic! Thank you for all the efforts put in this year to make our Christmas Day! The staff were amazing, our waitress, (who was there last year), was even more cheerful this year (well not surprising as it wasn't so stressful for her!) and so helpful. Thank you to everyone else in particular all the chefs and other staff who worked behind the scenes to produce great meals. What a turnaround - five stars well earned. Hope to see you again next year! Christmas Day Meal 2016 - fabulous bar and waiting staff, great food (plenty of it too) but total lack of organisation - took over 3 hours to have Christmas Dinner which was not good enough. Felt very sorry for the waiting staff and chefs who worked flat out but had to deal with the flack from disgruntled customers. It's only because of these staff that I have rated it 3 stars.

We used to go to the Byfleet Harvester a few years ago and although the food was reasonable the service was always slow, so we stopped going. We decided to give it a try again last night. It was my grandsons birthday and we booked in advance for 8 adults and 5 children. Unfortunately the service has not improved in fact it was much worse. Our table was not ready when we arrived and we had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated. It then took over a half an hour before anyone took our drinks order and another 20 to 30 minutes before the drinks arrived and our food order taken. The food took ages to arrive and at no point did anyone come to the table to see if we needed any more drinks. We the made the mistake of ordering desert which was meant to arrive with the cake fro the birthday boy, well after waiting a good half hour we asked for the cake so we could sing happy birthday to the child before he fell asleep! Eventually the deserts started arriving, a couple at a time. Those that received theirs first were finished eating before the others had received theirs. Expecting further delays, When my desert arrived I asked for the bill. The bill was presented but then our waitress disappeared again. Eventually we got up to leave and could quite easily have walked out without paying and no one would noticed. I had to go and find someone to come and take our payment. After arriving at 6.45 we eventually left at 10.15! Simply not good enough!
