Came across the Maybury by accident today and had Sunday lunch with my friend. From the outset when the young Scottish barman greeted us, the staff were very friendly and attentive. The service was professional yet relaxed and we enjoyed the chatty approach from the serving staff. The food was good for pub food and the overall atmosphere made for a pleasant relaxed dining experience. Would definitely recommend and would definitely come back if in the area.

I visited the Maybury inn on its launch day. The refurb has been done to a very high standard. The staff are extremely friendly and check to make sure everything is okay. I was very disappointed by the menu, I ordered the buttermilk chicken with mash and I  found the mash to be very dry and the chicken was a bit bland. The price of soft drinks was very high for a pub. Overall our group had a very pleasurable experience.

I had a lovely time with my friends today!! It literally just reopened the door after a refurbishment and it's really become a stunning pub! Great atmosphere, delicious meals and friendly staff. Recommend to everyone!!

In for a party with a large group of colleagues, had a really enjoyable experience. Beautiful pub inside and out.
Great friendly welcome from the start. 
Our server we found out later was Rob,  looked after us really well,  could have gone into a bit more detail with the menu, explaining specials and out of stock items.
Food around the table was very enjoyable with a few exceptions. 
Unfortunately,  the special ribeye was very fatty, but the taste and cooking preference was spot on. And a bit more care could have been taken with the pizzette.
Service was quick and attentive, atmosphere was excellent and we all had an enjoyable night.

Good knowledgeable staff. Excellent selection of beers and comprehensive menu. To top it all they are dog freindly. Would recommend.
