If the young lads running the place spent more time engaging with customers instead of engaging with their phones this place would get one more star. The chef was talking to a customer when I approached the bar. He didn't acknowledge me but sloped off to get one of the lads. He had no problem talking to the other customer but not me. The food was ok. There were some Irish flags up as a nod to being an Irish bar, but that was it.

St Patrick's day, everyone having fun, 1 particular very large group had been there all day and spent a fortune, great day for all until the bouncer got tired I think, kicked some poor lad out for absolutely nothing! He was doing the can can and having an absolute ball, everyone was filming it too, and then to add insult to injury you called the police on him and tried to have him arrested saying he dropped his trousers! More fool you.. everyone filmed it & he done no such thing!! Now hes known as a liar to the police.. and everyone who reads this too. What a disgrace.

Fantastic place with great atmosphere. Superb food and kind staff. :) Definitely will come back soon. So far my Woking's favourite.

Went there on a Thursday evening. Was greeted by staff with attitudes. Bought drinks and sat down with my friends. Very aggressive and irate superuser stormed over and shouted saying we need id. I calmly explained that we were not asked at the bar and half were only drinking soft drinks all of us over 25. After my explanation she got even more angry and told us all to leave. Then she proceeded to shout and scream at the poor girl that didn't Id us and told her to get out in front of a whole pub. Was not impressed with this place at all. Whoever the aggressive superviser is , she does not belong in a job where she is interacting with the public.
