Friendly staff but no attempt to resolve a delivery that was 60 days late. I even offered to pay to get another similar product however I was expecting some form of good will as the next one up was twice the price. They offered £5 as free postage. Poor show and will avoid. Edit: after seeing the reply below my review people can see what I'm dealing with. If you sell a product and cannot deliver it 60 days after expected delivery date that is not good service. It might well be down the pandemic but you cannot sell things you don't have and claim its the pandemics fault therefore its not your problem.
Brilliant customer service and product. Kept in touch with text and email, and suggested I didn’t buy an unnecessary accessory - losing them money to correct my error. Rare to find such an honest and responsive online retailer. Totally recommend. X
Items not as advertised and staff unable to take responsibility for their descriptions making returns overly arduous. Disappointing
I recently bought 10 bags of wood from this company that arrived damp, mouldy and would not burn like properly dried wood. This wood was bought at a premium 10GBP per bag, when I raised this issue with the company they told me the wood was fine and asked if I had left it outside? They have not offered to replace the wood or take it back. We have a big shed where we store wood, so wasn't an issue at our end. Poor customer service, product not as described and they get their wood supplied by someone else, not even from their shop. I have plenty of images and a whole email chain to share. I would not use this company to by firewood if you want a fire that night! I would give 0/5 if I could.
Bought a planter on line. When it arrived it was damaged not the shop's fault. The staff at The Worm that Turned were excellent in sorting the problem. Swift email responses from them and arranged a new product to be delivered and the damaged one picked up in a matter of 2-3 days. Excellent service all round and would definitely recommend them.
Ordered and came two days later, well packaged, no plastic, good quality items. Very happy, would use again.
