Click and collect service was great and swift. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They replaced a broken bulb with no bother at all. Was really good to be able to call the actual store too, other shops you tend to have to ring a call centre. Always enjoy shopping here!!
Another successful visit to a Dunelm, this time in Nottingham. Found everything we were looking for, really nice staff, and we had a fab lunch up stairs in their cafe. Food there is nice and reasonably priced, and I noticed they had a good 'kids eat free' offer
Very quick efficient click & collect service & excellent quality products for a very reasonable price
Ordered click and collect items so queuing for a short time outside to collect items. Helpful staff, carried heavy item to car. Better stock levels than some of the other stores.

Felt very COVID safe during our visit. The chap outside organising the queue was strict but polite and friendly. The trolleys were all sanitised. The virtual queuing was an excellent option which we would have used if it had been raining. The store was well organised. Very impressed.
