Had a few fun filled hours shopping at Dunelm Nottingham. Angie managed to get some bargains and I picked up some lovely new accessories for my en suite. Staff were super polite and helpful too.
Often had good service at Dunelm with lovely staff. Today the cafe staff were excellent but the electrical department staff need some serious customer service training. The managers bad habits are being passed on to his young staff. Having read some poor reviews on other departments, perhaps the CEO needs to step in!
Just a visit to check out future purchases, looking for a corner sofa and ottoman bed. The stock was packed full of wonderful things and can't wait to move and start buying! Great shop, found some bargains online and got £80 worth of voile curtains for about £18
Absolutely manic as went on a weekend however the store was well stocked, clean and tidy with plenty of parking. No staff anywhere to be seen other than the tills but this doesn't mean anything in a retail environment that's full of customers. Good job
Ordered some curtains which were lovely. There were several products which I would be interested in on another visit. We also had lunch in the cafe.
Very bad quality as well as customer service! We purchased a vertical blinds with weighs which we were required to add extra cost but they finally didn’t provide them. When we went to the customer service, they just ignored our request. We were so frustrated and disappointed with their service.
We had such a bad experience in this store. The woman serving us in the till named SARAH was rude. We bought 4 rugs, she ripped the plastic thats holding the rug round when my husband ask if she’s gonna put it back, she answered rudely with “NO” then my husband ask her why did she ripped it in the first place, she answered rudely “because the barcode was inside” and she said to my husband she doesn’t appreciate how she was spoken to. Wait what? Customers cannot ask simple question? And is that how you do your service? Ripped the plastic that’s holding the rug and don’t roll the rug properly so customer ended up rolling the carpet for her? Embassing what she did. Customer is doing her job for her. She got moody and she slammed the second rug on the counter knocking over her own till display. When my husband asked her, what exactly he said that was rude she didn’t answer, went bright red in the face and said shes removing herself from the floor, blatant sign of guilt.
Great for collection. Can be very difficult to find help if searching for an item.
Nice store spacious with lots of products but the staff are rude, inconsiderate and dont seem to have any customer service skills or manners - needs addressing asap
