Exactly the same as the last review. Unlike me not to look for reviews of an online store first. Ordered, paid and waited. Nothing. Emailed, no response. I’d paid by PayPal and so raised a dispute, and after 10 days, with no response from them, they found in my favour and have reclaimed the money. Website should be closed down, I shall be taking it further.
I placed an order on 27th May 2017, to date Ihave not received it. Despite numerous emails and phone calls, I have received no response whatsoever! The landline telephone number no longer exits, there is no response from the mobile number, despite messages being left. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND that anyone deal with this company, and CERTAINLY NOT SEND MONEY via the website!! I had to give a star rating in order to post this review, however, I would not give a star rating at all, other than zero!
I wish I'd read the reviews before I purchased from this site. Exactly the same problem as everyone else. Have tried phoning, leaving messages and emailing, all to no avail. My money has been taken, but I've received no goods. An utter disgrace, do not go near this company!
I have had the same problem as the other two reviewers, don't deal with these people, it's a scam
longdale craft centre has been closed for over a year.=and the buildings are up for sale
