This has to be the worst company I have ever used. I purchased 6 divan beds from them on the 26th February and I still haven't received them! Apparently they have refunded my money as it was taken in the wrong account!! Can I pay cash or bank transfer! No I'm a business which has now delayed my opening. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Poor communication, poor service and from what I have since read poor quality. Customer service is nil and they never answer the phone or call you back. They go by the name of thebedcompany on ebay so please be aware and DO NOT use this company.
Avoid unless you want to loose your money or wait forever to get it back Bought from them through eBay and never received a sofa bed NEW LUXURY FAUX LEATHER SOFA BED WITH STORAGE- ARAGON. On eBay they operate under the name "thebedcompany" but on paypal receipt it says world of interiors and address of the company is the same. Lied to me so many times about where my sofa bed is and when i will get the refund. Only got refund thanks to eBay moneyback guarantee. Would not recommend anyone taking a risk with them unless you want your money to disappear or going through court to get it back. I got my refund finally after 41 days after sending several emails and calling them few times. Not sure what chance would I stand going through them directly.
I bought a faux-leather sofa bed from this company, using eBay, and after 7 uses a spring broke in it. I contacted the company and sent pictures of the protruding spring, and we settled on a partial refund. When removing the felt bottom to fix the offending spring, I was horrified to find protruding staples, ripped material with stuffing coming out, sharp wooden corners, some of the wood was broken, wood being held up by scrap pieces of material and the wood looked like all miscellaneous scrap pieces. I took pictures of what I found and contacted the company again. This time the company did not want to know. They said I had already had a partial refund and wouldn't be getting anything else. I am making clear that the partial refund was for the protruding spring, not the horrors I found when going to fix it. The sofa bed now is practically useless. I would recommend that people avoid this company at all costs. They are rude, unhelpful and their products are of a poor and shoddy workmanship.
Ordered 2 beds ... One broke after 4 days ... I've emailed them and rang the god no's how many times and no one EVER answers!!! Aaaaaaaah!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Rip off!!
