Lovely staff great location. Pub a bit dated. Just had a drink pricey so cannot comment on food although what we saw looked good.
Great pub all round, lovely seating area outside , dog friendly, just by the lake, enjoy visiting everytime we come to knaresbrough.
So nice friendly and warm place. Me and my boyfriend spent great lil time in there.
Just stopped off for a beer and that was great.
Like many pubs, TWE is having a difficult time attracting visitors, but it's a friendly accomodating old world pub.
Lovely, had hunters chicken which was really nice and the mrs had chips and gravy which she loved
Good value and service. Tasty food and well kept beers.
Poor coffee and chip butties that didn't contain chips, but roast potatoes instead on stale bread. Shame as the pub is in a great location
