Very homely country pub, larger than I expected. Food was delightful, I had posh fish finger sandwiches. Watch out for the low beams if you're tall!

Went for Sunday lunch,  service cannot fault it excellent, food arrived very quickly and was nice and hot.  And plenty of it. Very friendly and warm atmosphere. Will recommend to friends.

A very pleasant lunch with fresh vegetables. Nicely cooked and friendly helpful service. Reasonably priced menu.Thoroughly recommend.

Always a warm welcome, staff very friendly and helpful, food excellent and the bar area is dog friendly.

Delicious pub grub, very well done. I recommend the belly pork with crackling, black pudding mash and scallops. The scallops were a little extra but £4 for four felt like we robbed them! The triple cooked chips that came with the generously sized rib eye are also worth a mention.

Great  food lovely pub staff helpful & friendly  But  the bed room floors are very creaky & walls thin can hear everything  in next room
