Excellent! I have gotten to know the staff particularly well as I come in here all the time. Massive selection of books and loads of entertainment for the kids. I love Waterstones so much, this one especially.

Excellent service by the team. Great selection of books and games. Only downside is the stairs to the first floor are very steep.

Large store with plenty of books in stock. They may not be the cheapest - especially compared to online - but the level of customer service makes up for it, with staff willing to assist and give recommendations when required.
