Went for the carvery on a Sunday afternoon. Largely unimpressed. Veg was either over or undercooked and only a few options available. Meat was fine. There was a fair queue for food. Also the waiting staff service to check on our meals and clear up was very poor. Half the plates taken away by one person and then 10 minutes later someone cleared the rest. I gave feedback which was gratefully received but I won't return. No baby changing facilities (it was suggested we use the pool table to change a dirty nappy) and all in all very amateur for a family dining restaurant.

My experience was very positive. Served by a very friendly guy who spoke with an accent. Very dedicated to his job and friendly. He should get a bonus

A friendly, easy going and comfortable place to have a drink or two with friends. They do a good carvery on Sunday too.

Called here this afternoon after visiting our Grandson in hospital. Lovely pub.lovely staff and excellent food. Will definitely be calling again.
