We decided to hold our Christmas party a little early and booked the restaurant. We were given a space to ourselves early evening. The staff were friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. The hot and cold buffet arrived bang on time and was excellent both in terms of quality and quantity. Our vegetarian/vegan colleagues said that they were well catered for. Huge thanks to the staff who kept checking that all was well throughout, and for the "doggy boxes" to help tidy up any leftovers!
Lovely little site with a small but well equipped play area that promotes kids to play together. Wildlife area is a work in progress. The new Clubhouse is the jewel in the Crown, spacious, modern and very reasonable prices for drinks including an outside area. Facilities OK but a pot wash is a basic and their isn't one at this site. Stayed here twice and would gladly come again as the Wardens are lovely and it is superbly located.
