I have just visited The Willow for the first time. What an absolute pleasure to be able to eat anything on the menu all of which is gluten free and mostly dairy free and absolutely healthy. What an excellent idea by the Chef who set up this place, for all those who either choose to eat super healthily or for those who are Coeliac, gluten or dairy free for medical reasons. I love the concept of this place and wish there was one in every town!

Honestly one of the tastiest burgers I’ve had in my life. Don’t normally review but wanted to big this place up. Delicious food, great staff and caters for all dietary needs. If you are wanting to try vegan/vegetarian food or just trying to convert your friends and family this is the place to go.

Starting with the positives, the surroundings are lovely especially the ceiling. There was only one other table occupied so not much atmosphere.  Unfortunately not really impressed with the service, waitress did not know what cuttlefish was, did not ask how we would like the meat cooked and forgot one of the side dishes, so the main meal was almost finished before it arrived.  Very expensive for what you get, having said that the food was quite tasty.  £27 for a bottle of house wine  I think is a little over the top.   Not an experience we will be repeating.

The Member of staff that helped myself and two colleges to work through the menu was both very helpful and knowledgable about the food the restaurant would be serving that eve.
We decided after some discussion to select a variety of starters and small dishes which were delicious and thoroughly enjoyed each one. We were made to feel very welcome and would certainly recommend The Willow to other colleagues and friends.

Excellent in every way. Unusually good selection of free from dishes, very carefully indicated. Pleasant atmosphere, and staff.
