Waiting time for pizzas was a bit longer than originally expected but other than that a very good experience, the waitrons were friendly and the food was very nice.

I'm not one to leave bad reviews but on this occasion it's a must! This branch is by far the worst I've been to! The waiters were so rude, as soon as we've complained our food was burnt and sloppy! All we got was "I understand" and she walked away.. that's when we've had enough and walked over to speak to the manager. The manager was lovely. Gave us a full refund. But what made this visit appalling was the fact that the waitress was arguing back and giving us evil looks whilst we were explaining the situation to her manager...! Still shocked at her behaviour. The waiting staff at Kingston rotunda pizza express clearly need training on how to deliver customer service! Won't be going back there! Such a shame!

We had a good time here. I see the other negative reviews and a understand how it can get like that but we actually had a good time. Children's food came super fast, adults food came promptly. Awaiting new crayons for the children, I had to return some broken ones. Food was as you expect for a pizza express. Would come again.

Arrived at peak time and it was very busy for a bank holiday weekend, but the staff were very friendly and even with a miss understanding with starters they were very apologetic and the food was great! Wait time for food was quick and you could see your food being made. General nice staff good food and reasonable price Thanks pizza express
