I came here for the first time last night and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The atmosphere, staff and everyone in there was so nice. Lovely old juke box and just lovely timesService: 5/5
Atmosphere when we went was brilliant. The heavy metal was great.we have probably been well over a thousand times. We always go when in Liverpool.Atmosphere: 5/5
Worth visiting for jukebox and whats served on tap. Tends to be a nice crowd with all the mooks attracted to concert Square and such. Tired inside but you're not there for the decor Possibly my favourite place in the city for a pint and chat.
Rude, miserable bar staff made us feel unwelcome. Sanitary product machine in ladies toilet completey destroyed. Would it kill someone to put some cushions down on the rock hard chairs please. Also, don't order a spiced rum, mine was absolutely disgusting.Service: 1/5
A great Rock/Metal bar with an excellent selection of beers. There's a brilliant jukebox and a crowd of friendly locals. They have my favourite beer on tap. Even better, it's served in the correct glass by someone who is good at their job. They obviously care about their staff and customers. Great old school, dive bar for people who want to enjoy beer and music. Dive bar is not at all a criticism.
Best rock place ever love the atmosphere great music love the drinks been coming here over 30 years what more can I say hopefully I will be coming here for another 30 odd years Food: 4/5
A lot of student types with tattoos and metal piercings and has a magnificent jukebox of thrash metal. Beer was good and nobody bothered us. Loud and proud.Atmosphere: 5/5
Popular & friendly historic locals pub with real ales and the best jukebox in town. A must visit for fans of rock & metal.Service: 5/5
I don't even know how to start this review. It was not at all what we were looking for when we popped in this cozy pub with stained glass named for a graceful bird. If you like your local Stout with a side of metal blaring out of the jukebox, then this spot is for you.
Time capsule. Love every second im in there. Boss duke box. Decent selection of ales. Been my go to since i was 18Food: 1/5
