Went for lunch on Saturday having heard some great reviews and was not disappointed. I arrived a little later than everyone else towards the end of service but the staff could not have been more welcome. A great pint of beer was waiting and I had been ordered their homemade burger. A generous patty cooked to a juicy tenderness on a brioche bun, gluten free available as well, toasted nicely with cheese and gherkins on top and a tomato salsa below. The chunky chips were crunchy outside and fluffy inside again cooked correctly. We will be back, if a kitchen can get a standard burger right then the rest of the menu is worth exploring.

The White Horse Inn was recommended by a friend, and it I'm glad we went. The staff were friendly and attentive and the food was spectacular. The meals were incredibly well presented and full of flavour. I can't wait to go back again.

We went to the White Horse for our work Christmas party. We couldn't fault a thing, the food was fantastic despite there being a big group of us, and the service was second to none. We all stayed in the B&B which is in a separate block to the rear of the pub. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and extremely good value for money. We will definitely be back, highly recommended!

Overnight stay, room was comfortable . Tea and coffee were available in the room. The room was clean and the shower was good.The bed was comfortable. The Staff were welcoming and friendly, the best thing though was the food, both the evening meal and breakfast were excellent. Highly recommended.

Amazing food and a little gem of a place off the beaten track, hospitality is fantastic and couldn't recommend highly enough
