Decent enough. Seems to have lost its classic atmosphere. Staff & Beers were good but I can't put my finger on what's not right.

Nice recently 'modernised' pub, around 200+ years old originally. Good selection of mostly local beers. Well run by friendly staff, outside yard and good smoking shed. Recently introduced, substantial 6" crusty cobs!
Great Pub, great bar staff. Refurb is lovely. Fab venue for live music. Went to see Asena supporting Taymar Pigeon tonight. Brilliant night.
Good Holden 's beer. Recent refurbishment. Lost its traditional warmth. However now suits live entertainment as it always did but seems more open because all one room. Friendly bar staff. We'll worth a visit or two.
