Went with a group of friends plus 9 kids. Food was great, big portions compared to what is shown and value for money can't complain. Would have loved having ribs, but not available. Plus, may be another meatless option need. Otherwise, GREAT. Nhs/blue light card accepted.
Food was tasty but meal size was terrible. If I'm paying nearly £10 for a burger meal I expect to feel full after it. Nothing outstanding doubt I would go again. Also the smallest piece of lettuce I have ever seen. Not sure if there is a lettuce shortage
We went at a busy time so we had to look around for a table ,as some were also left with the plates of food on top or were not cleaned, and stay in a queue for a bit, but overall we Had a lovely time here and the food was very good. We will go back.
On a visit to West Bromwich interceptor today the service we had was very poor table seemed sticky even when wiped,the wait for food was 40 minutes,when the food come it had 2 tiny pieces of onion small piece of lettuce and a very tiny amount of mayo on the chicken burger which was supposed to have salad and sauce,I asked for mayo and that was like water and I asked for cutlery and serviettes to not get any brought will not be returning
The service was slow, the tables were not cleaned, there were lots of tables where other customers left plates full of food. The nachos were the best I'd ever had so that being said I would go back and give it another chance. Maybe they were short staffed that day.
Had the crown of burgers with my 2 sons and my mrs had the chicken ranch meal absolutely lovely fantastic service
Food came out cold after 30 min wait. Tables were dirty and empty plates left out on empty tables. Food was definately not what is described in the menu, eg I had a bacon cheese burger which was suppose to come out with red onion and lettuce and with sweet potatoe fries extra price. It was just a burger, 1 slice of bacon and one slice of processed cheese and normal fries...asked about sweet potato fries brought out a handful of fries literally think they just grabbed a handful and whacked it on the plate bonus they were stone cold. Very poor, unfortunately we have been put off visiting the Interceptor again.
Do not waste your money. We waited over an hour for a wrap and a cheeseburger, which when they did eventually arrive was cold, soggy, and tasteless. Staff are friendly, Luke the waiter was extremely apologetic, offered us complimentary desserts but yet again, we waited & waited and they never arrived! There are so many other places to eat in the area that I would not recommend this place at all based on our disappointing experience.
Dropped a star from previous review. Portion size for the adults Mac cheese main course was more of a starter and the curry was served warm. The pilau rice reminiscent of a microwave reheat but been left out for a while before reaching our table. No issues with the scampi tho. Ordering from the app was easy, but it did take 30min before the food came out. Not sure then if the slip wasn't picked up or if it was indeed that busy. Restaurant was about 60% full at the time. A bit flat today...at the very least I expected food to be served hot, regardless how busy it was. Hoping for better next time round.
Lord have mercy...where do I start? Dirty sticky tables, dirty glasses and bottles not removed before we sat down to eat and food...30 minute wait before our meals came, medium rare steak was cremated, sausages on my son's meal over cooked and I counted just over 20 fries on my plate with my burger meal. Safe to say that we will NEVER return!
