Spend time with us for great pub food in a place you'll love. We serve classic dishes with a modern twist - it's the perfect place to get together with familly and friends. The Ridgacre is 21 years old in September 2014 and is named after the stretch of water in front of the restaurant. Our friendly and hospitable team make sure that every guest is treated like family - many of them have worked for us for over 10 years! We're ideally placed close to West Bromwich Albion FC, Merry Hill Shopping Centre and the Black Country Living Museum so why not treat the family to a tasty, freshly cooked pub meal next time you're on a family day out in the West Midlands?

I tend to come here to enjoy the lovely beer garden in the summer. Popped in today at lunchtime with the weather hitting almost 40°C. Relaxed under a parasol with a cider, and then ordered food from the daytime menu, with two meals for £9.49. The staff here are very friendly and polite, like to the point that you notice how nice they are. Fantastic service. The food was great, I expected the quality to diminish with the price, but it really didn't. Definitely recommend. Vegetarian options: 3 vegetarian options on the daytime 2 meals for £9.49 deal. Most likely more options on the main menu which should have a lot more variety. Kid-friendliness: I've brought my kids here when they were younger, and it was suitable in the day. Not sure how it gets at night. Parking: Surprisingly huge car park, really shouldn't struggle for parking at all.
A large group of family were booked for lunch. Staff were welcoming and our server waitress was quite particular in ensuring our food and requests were adhered to. The food came out on time for over 20 people which is really good. The food itself was very good, costs were reasonable. The pub was clean and spacious. The location was pleasant. The pub appears to sit on a river. so you could sit outside at the few tables and benches available. There is also a carpark
Not been here for a few years, but we decided to stop here for food on way home.. can't fault the place at all. Staff are really nice and friendly and can't do enough for you. Tried the mini pies trio which are very nice indeed... highly recommend... good selection of food and drink and pub is warm and welcoming. Will definitely return again soon. Parking: Plenty of parking in front of pub. Off the main roads... Wheelchair accessibility: Nice big doorways and no steps.
Staff were welcoming and polite as always. Last time there diners were having long waits between courses & for drinks, but this time everything was much more efficient. Food was good, could have been hotter but tasted fine. The fish n chips are very good & cheaper than the local chippy! Dessert very tasty & noone rushing us to clear the table as has been elsewhere. Will return soon.
Food was beautiful and well presented. Price was fair but most of all staff were brilliant. Very welcoming and accommodating..nothing was to much trouble. Will definitely be returning..well done girls and guy's. 5 star from me..a happy customer.

Had a amazing Christmas Day meal!! Service was more than efficient, Staff politeness was plentiful and the Guy serving the drinks on table service was absolutely amazing with speed of service, politeness and just a lovely natured person. Recently went to meet family who were staying at the premier Inn on site. The staff are so friendly and attentive and when we had an issue with the bill they were so helpful and sorted it out with no problem at all. Food of the eve was nice and hot. Would happily go back.
I had a breakfast here, staff were friendly and welcoming. You help yourself to tea, coffee, fruit juices, cereal etc and the cooked breakfast is delivered to your table! All in all a very pleasant experience.
