I have a relax time in here since 2014... best shelter
A low rating because I was ignored by the barmaid who was chatting with her friend and I went there for food which they no longer do as they lost their chef. A shame as this used to be a great little pub. Very few customers in there on a Sunday also!
Is it still standing, it definitely needs a refurb, looks great at a distance, it' comes in its own at summer, you can stand at the sea wall and drink a great pint of beer, warm atmosphere, staff friendly, pub grub pretty good, ps' lots of parking.

It's ok, it's a pub, like most, would have once been an amazing place for a drink. I like it. But if you compare it against all other pubs, it's an average drinker.
It's a nice pub close to the river, you get some good beers here too. Also not far from Grays town centre.
Lovely, friendly local with nice bitter shandy
