Good value pub style food. The place is huge with many seating options including a beer garden and play area for children. Staff were friendly and helpful particularly in catering for dietary restrictions. Food was of very good quality for the price. Particularly with the offers. The place is slightly let down however with the cleanliness, it feels very much in need of a good deep clean, particularly with regards to the doors and bathrooms. Vegetarian options: The menu has good vegetarian and vegan options. Even including a vegan ice cream sundae. Dietary restrictions: Can cater for dietary requirements, staff have a book of all ingredients in each dish can also download on their website so you can look up exactly which part of a meal you can/ can't have.
Stayed over night at the premier inn across the road so only ate breakfast here as the venue was closed for remainder of the day assume temporarily. Very friendly staff and plenty of food on offer. Everything was clean, hot and full menu was available
The food took a long time to come out & then it wasn't that great & 2 out of 5 adult dishes were cold & there was lack of presentation. The men's toilets were disgusting, too. The staff were lovely though just over-run & not enough of them on duty - the kids absolutely loved the big indoor play area - having been to the one in Norfolk & loved it - we were disappointed with the food at this one being our local one - would we go back - unfortunately not on a Sunday
It was very busy, so they only had the following hot food scrambled eggs, fried eggs, sausage, bacon, black pudding, grilled tomatoes, as a vegetarian it wasn't a great choice, but the did have pastries, toast yoghurt and defrosted berries. The food tasted good.Food: 3/5
Food ok but the queues for breakfast are ridiculous. food brought out on small serving plates, serve a few then all wait again, that said, food nice once you eventually get it, but worth a 20 minute wait for self service? Don't think so.
Food was great. Good selection and very tasty. I was disappointed by the amount of mac n cheese on my mac n cheese burger. I did like the refillable soft drinks. And this was recommended by a staff member. Staff were friendly. But could have done more. No check back to make sure meal was okay, and they forgot about my puddings, which I had to chase and then no apology when it arrived.
Great food and atmosphere, really good for families. The manager Georgia was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would give more stars if I could.
Good place to come for some food. Nice kids play area inside and outside. They do many special offers for food and drinks. Nothing fancy but a good place to go to. Kid-friendliness: There is a kids play area with soft play. Tables a close enough so you can watch over them as they are playing.
Very nice breakfast for the whole family. Its a buffet, help yourself to whatever you want. Cereals, fruit salad, cooked breakfast, coffees, juices. Very good value.Food: 5/5
The restaurant has not long opened after a closure, as staff are still being trained the menu is smaller than usual, the staff were very polite & friendly, Our carvery was lovely & everything was cooked perfectly. Please pass my comments on to the staff who worked on 26th Feb as we were very happy with the service given
