Having lived in Grays for a year, managed to find a quaint place to have lunch. The portions are not that great but the food is tasty and the ambience is lovely. Staff friendly , however u can order everything on the app. Good choice of food and drinks
My favourite pub in Grays! Will be coming back more and more,specialy when putdoor area is open,it is just lovely! Food is tasty,drinks at decent prices. Happy!
Great pub,nice atmosphere, tasty food
I was down the other day and received exceptional service from the bar and Kitchen staff. Megan in particular was kind, welcoming and made me feel like I could always come down again!! My compliments to the chef in the kitchen named Luke, the food we received was amazing as well as the service, I ordered a burger and chips and it was prepared very quickly. Overall I'm grateful for the experience I received and will be back soon.
Had a really good dinner here, the food was lovely and the staff were so nice and friendly, and really attentive - really quick to bring mains after starters, clear plates and check we had everything we needed. Felt very looked after and I see they have a great range of events as well which I look forward to trying. Nice local pub.
I ordered Mac & cheese - very small portion no side salad as stated though. 2 stars are for the taste as it was yummy! Child's portion. My husband had Ale pie & mash - the mash was reheated - national pie awards ..don't think so.
Had a lovely lunch here today. Meal was good. All staff very friendly and helpful, especially Luke. They are dog friendly and my dog even had her own menu to choose from. Definitely recommend
Such a lovely pub, with such a friendly environment. The staff are always so welcoming and can’t do enough for you. Amazing food also, would highly recommend stopping in!
Fantastic pub, friendly staff and great atmosphere! Food here was cooked really well, served hot and extremely tasty! Would definitely recommend and will visit again!
Nice pub for everybody across the board . My favourite thing and for once it feels good to be senior , is the seniors menu here . Main and dessert £7 in the week , perfect for us watching the pennies in times of hardship. Food is good as well ! I recommend the fish and chips followed by apple crumble and ice cream !
