Quaint and warm. Absolute quality breakfast with good menu choices whether a la Carter or cold buffet. Narrow hallways as it is in many places, fun mix of decor and Great Gatsby era pictures on hallways. ATTENTIVE, warm and polite service with SMILES!
Great location, nice atmosphere, good service. BUT they tried to add a service charge of £60 on top of our room rate. :
Fabulous place for drinks, lunch, afternoon tea...right in the middle of the shopping district...bring your boyfriend/girlfriend here...
Fantastic stay. Service was impeccable and dinner and breakfast was delicious. Fantastic little hotel in a fantastic location.
Perfect service from all the wonderful staff. Great location. Comfortable rooms! Would recommend! I particularly like the welcome that I received when I checked in . Very Friendly and welcoming. Made me feel at Home from the very start.
