The Westbury is truly a magnificent retreat that I can't recommend highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with warmth and friendliness, making me feel right at home. My room was nothing short of fabulous, boasting exquisite decor and comfort. The culinary experience was outstanding, offering an impressive array of delicious options from the bar that tantalized my taste buds. Every aspect of my stay was delightful, making it a perfect getaway.
A superb central Dublin hotel. Great location but what made it most special was the staff. Always cheerful and always happy to help. Our room was lovely, it was a real wrench to leave.
Overall a high quality hotel. Spending some 4 nights at the hotel gave me a good appreciation of the standards and service. My room was most comfortable, the decor was quite attractive and the bathroom was exceptional.nThe breakfast room Wilde Restaurant was most attractive, especially with an annex of greenery. The staff were ever friendly and chatty. Always happy to spend time with guests. Needless to say the buffet was extensive, notwithstanding the ability to order any cooked items.nI also enjoyed tea and scones on two occasions in The Gallery, especially noting it to be a popular spot for high teas, and people watching.nThe hotel is very well located to walk to shopping very close by, and to do local sightseeing.nI very much enjoyed my stay.
We always love to stop for cocktails in the bar on our visits to Dublin.nAlways a great atmosphere and their drinks choice is superb. With a heated terrace outside you can watch the world go by and enjoy one of their creative cocktails in comfort and warmth.
Had afternoon tea this afternoon and it was nice but little details like finding it hard to get a fresh pot of tea, took ages, different people all the time serving us and at end getting a box to bring left over cakes was hard. There was 3 of us girl brought 2 boxes. They brought the bill before we asked for it with 2 chocolates and there as I say, were 3 of us, it's the little details that are important when you go to the Westbury!
