Story

This former post office stands on part of what was once a much-admired Victorian garden belonging to the house across the road – the home of William Medland, an important man in St Neots. Bank manager and town commissioner, Medland died in 1872 in his late 60s. His widow lived in the house until the 1890s, when it was bought for the Conservative Club, which is still there. Medland’s garden was well known for its many fine trees and shrubs, particularly for its ‘magnificent weeping ash’

Good value food....no music so lacks a bit of atmosphere but, for a good value meal with a couple of drinks its a good start to the night!

Reasonable pub. Good price for beer and food. Very busy at 12pm on a Saturday. Used the app and was served within minutes. Good old spoons.

Always helpful bar staff.  Nadine always very helpful whenever we cone in. You need more staff on a Monday, got the inpatients boilers that can't wait for their fix. Nadine should be made team leader that girl never stops always on the go .

Different story today.  The cooks can't read a ticket. No tomatoes on salad but you put them  on and take them off when u realise and then leave all tomatoe seeds n juice all over my salad.  Your mistake.  Take it off n do a fresh one !!!
